Speaking only for myself (and not for all photographers), I LOVE to see your Pinterest board before a session. If you’ve put enough energy into thinking about your session to make a Pinterest board, I want to honor the vision you’ve created. While the specific location and conditions of your session may not allow for exact replicas, I love to know your style so that I can help you get the pictures you want. I also love it when you come with ideas! Photographers are generally creative people, but having a few extra ideas to work from is never a bad thing.
Pinterest has recently made it really easy to share pins. Just hover over the pin until the little “send” box pops up. Then you can choose someone to send it to, either through Pinterest or by e-mail. I couldn’t find a way to share a whole board, but once you get the pin, you can see what board it’s pinned to.
